Vin Yin combines the best of vinyasa flow and restorative
yoga, leaving you feeling refreshed by the end of class.
This class will begin with a flow to build heat in the body in
order to prepare for the second half of class which will focus on
deep stretching. The restorative portion of class uses the help of
props to stretch the muscles in order to release tension and stress
in the body.
This class welcomes yogis of all levels, but some experience
with postures and alignment is recommended.
