<div class="bio-box">A fun, upbeat class, set to energetic music designed to help students build strength and flexibility.<br /><br /> We will go through a series of exercises using our body weight, blocks and sandbags to help build strength. Between each set of exercises we will stretch and lengthen our muscles with some yoga poses as well as stretches from other disciplines. Class will conclude with a cool down and a moment of reflection.<br /><br /> All levels welcome. No experience necessary. No injuries please.</div>
