Deb
Althoff, RYT-500, found the practice of yoga in the 1990’s and her
life was forever changed. Her own practice revealed opportunities
for emotional healing, and her yoga teacher studies led her to dive
deeper into the therapeutic benefits of yoga. She received her
200-hour yoga teacher training, as well as 300-hour Healing
Emphasis Yoga certification through Inner Vision Yoga.
Deb believes that yoga can benefit every body, regardless of
physical capabilities. You don’t need to be flexible to
practice yoga - you just need to be willing. She brings a
joyful and lighthearted approach to her yoga classes, helping
students recognize their own glory, as well as their ability to
heal and thrive.
