This Ashtanga Flow will take
your yoga practice to a higher level.
The class will introduce you to
the Ashtanga Primary Series, with all the components of both the
Standing and Seated postures. The practice will prepare for
participation in the self-directed Mysore class that uses this flow
from memory.
