Our Vinyasa is designed to
improve the the relationship between Mind & Body.
Tamar's Vinyasa class is based
on the traditional Ashtanga sequence. His flow begins with several
sets of Sun Salutations as it moves into a sets of Standing and
Seating poses most with a vinyasa interval. Each pose offers your
body opportunities for balance and muscle strength. Control of your
breath is important in this class as there are moments of strong
cardio.
Bring a towel, water and an attitude for sweat.
