<p><strong>A class designed to strengthen and sculpt the entire body and increase flexibility in addition to burning calories and promoting stamina. Furthermore, all the moves are real boxing & kickboxing moves, thereby teaching the student the real fundamentals. Some of the classes also include aerobic weight training, rope skipping, and plain old fashioned roadwork (running!). Classes are one hour with abs and stretching constituting the last 15 minutes.</strong></p>
