Mixed levels welcome!
In this class, you will be shown the fundamentals of how to move with and dance with the hammock including how to get in and out, as well as some awesome tricks and combos (from beginners-advanced). Instructors will guide you on how to put your skills together to create beautiful flows creating more of a performance based routine. Students with Aerial Hoop expeirence can take this class as the skills are transferrable.
