<p>Time to build that upper body strength you've always wanted, tone your core and sculpt those arms, glutes and legs!</p>
<p>This 60 minute aerial class has an increased focus on strength building and toning the entire body using just the hammock and your body weight. After a warm up, move your body through a conditioning sequence to power up your muscles and get the heart rate going. Inversions and yummy stretches will be sprinkled throughout class so you leave feeling powerful and lengthened.</p>
<p>This class is open to all levels. You will be challenging yourself with the exercises but can go at your own pace and make modifications or rest as needed. </p>
<div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">PLEASE NOTE: Prior exeperince is required in order to attend class since physical assists will not be possible due to social distancing guidelines. We request having experience with at least 5 aerial classes.</span></div>

<p><strong>Aerial Class Policy</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>All aerial classes will now be 60 minutes.</li>
<li><strong>Clients will either need to bring their own hammock or one will be assigned to them, which will be stored at the studio when not being used by that client.</strong></li>
<li>Hammock positions will be spaced out 10+ feet from one another to start and we will gradually return to 6 feet distance throughout the summer.</li>
<li><strong>Given social distancing requirements, we can only accept experienced aerial students and will not be able to provide spotting or physical assistance during class.</strong></li>
<li>We will require a minimum class size of 3. To start, this will also be our max capacity while we are spacing 10 feet apart..</li>
<li>Registration is required 4 hours prior to class. We cannot accommodate walk-ins.</li>
<li>Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to class.</li>

<div>Please be sure to:<br />
<ul>
<li>Arrive at least 15 minutes before class to allow time to adjust hammock height to appropriate level.</li>
<li>Remove ALL jewelry to avoid getting caught in fabric.</li>
<li>Wear form fitting clothing that covers armpits and backs of knees to avoid skin chafe and sweat touching the hammock.</li>
<li>Avoid wearing perfume or lotions.</li>
