<p>Vinyasa classes are a dynamic style of movement, seamlessly weaving together a series of poses (postures/asana). Each teacher will bring their individual style and sequence to the class but expect to sweat, breathe, build strength & flexibility and work on balance. Moving with the breath helps to cultivate body awareness and mindfulness. Intensity differs according to the teacher. </p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Level 1-2:</strong> We recommend a basic understanding of yoga postures for this class as we start moving a little faster. </p>
