SCULPT / ELEMENT STRENGTH
Our Sculpt class is designed to wake up your muscles combining movement, resistance & strength training. Scultp is a fusion of Yoga, Pilates, Barre & free weights. You’ll challenge your body with longer holds, mobility drills and deep muscular activation. Using body weight and heavy resistance, larger muscle groups are worked in controlled intervals resulting in a lean body with a bonus of maximum calorie burn. Attention to technique, efficiency and recovery are the science behind transformation. This class may include, cardio, weights, mobility drills and resistance bands.
Level 1-2: No experience needed however
