Activating your core and booty in multiple ways this fun and encouraging class will improve your posture and tone your belly and is perfect for those of you suffering from back pain.

Our room
is heated with healing infrared and supports your body to move
deeper and detox during your practice. For those of you who like to
practice with a little less heat intensity, choose a mat spot at
the back of the room as they are much cooler and not directly
exposed to the heat panels.
