organically this class is designed to take your body's flexibility
+ movement to the next level. Body weight based stretching and
active movements that will give you access to more
useable/functional range of movement. Think squatting, wrist
mobility, shoulder mobility, hanging for spinal release and back
pain and deep hip release. This is a great class for anyone looking
to increase the range of movement and flexibility in their body
while keeping it playful.
Level 1-2: All levels are catered to with a
variety of options to take you where you need to go.
