<p>A gently heated version of Vinyasa Flow. Practicing in the heat may provide benefits such as increased concentration, stress reduction, increased flexibility and improved circulation. </p>
<p class="p1"><strong>This Class is Heated<br /></strong>Our room is heated with healing infrared and supports your body to move deeper and detox during your practice. For those of you who like to practice with a little less heat intensity, choose a mat spots to the back of the room as they are much cooler and not directly exposed to the heat panels.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Level 1-2:</strong> We recommend a basic understanding of yoga postures for this class as we start moving a little faster. </p>
