Use myofascial release techniques (with balls and props) to get deep into your fascia pockets to alleviate tight muscles, ligaments and tendons. Use this class as a way to destress and become keenly aware of what your body needs.
This class is based on the Myofascial Anatomy trains that run up our front and back side bodiy along with lateral side body. Neck, upper back, mid back, lower back, glutes, hamstrings, calves, ankles, feet, chest, arms, hips, etc.
