Prerequisites: None. All levels of students are welcome including brand new students!
Intro and Level 1 is for anyone taking a class for the very first time or wanting to go over the basic elements of pole fitness.
Students will learn basic grips, do beginner spins, beginner combos, static and possibly spin pole in this class! This is a great opportunity for everyone to give pole fitness a shot!
Please wear athletic shorts and a tank top or t-shirt.
