We will warmup with a combination of simple Pilates and Ballet
exercises to improve our core strength, flexibility and
coordination. Depending on the needs of the attendees, we will
review belly dance technique and style before we transition into
our belly dance flow. Our class focus is on wellness and
community.

This is a donation based
class. Suggested donation is $15. General class credits may
be used for this class.
