In this class we will use a unique blend of safe movements,
gentle stretches, breath work and meditation based on the ancient
arts and practices of Hatha Yoga. These therapeutic Yoga techniques
help alleviate physical pain, improve mobility, recuperation of the
internal organs, the nervous system and consciousness. This gentle,
breath centered class is good for everyone looking to counteract
the effects of stress, soothe the mind and bring the focus
inward.
