An energetic yoga class that uses a flowing series of postures
to create heat within the body as you increase strength,
flexibility, endurance and balance. The class will flow together;
then each student moves at his or her own pace. Hot Vinyasa is good
for new students who are physically active, those interested in the
fitness benefits of yoga, and anyone who wants to dive in to a
multi-level yet strong practice. This class will focus on building
up to more advanced postures such as inversions and arm balances as
well and is typically accompanied by more upbeat music. Room is
heated 80-85 degrees.
*Please note: children under the age of 12 are not permitted
to attend a heated class until they have attended 3 non-heated
classes with parental supervision.
