A warm & balanced, respectful practice for students. Flow
with grace and ease for 1/2 an hour focusing on alignment and the
subtleties of the asana, flowing with the rhythm of the breath.
Then winding down the class for the last 1/2 hour, settling in to
YIN where we hold the postures longer and settle deeper into the
connective tissues & joints. Love your body, increase
flexibility, decrease stress...leave refreshed!
