Join us on August 2-3, 2025, for a 2 day workshop on the “Science of Yoga”. This deep dive workshop will provide a scientific understanding of how yoga enhances both physical and mental well-being. Through evidence-based research, students will explore yoga’s impact on strength, flexibility, stress reduction, and emotional resilience.
We will also examine how yoga regulates the autonomic nervous system, strengthens vagus nerve function, and improves interoception—helping practitioners develop greater body awareness and emotional balance. Students will also learn how breathwork, mindfulness, and movement work together to reduce anxiety, improve focus, and support overall health.
Whether for personal growth or professional application, this course offers practical insights into why yoga is a powerful tool for both physical and mental wellness.

High Vibrations is a spiritually oriented gathering that blends different modalities that allow the participants to follow pathways leading both inward for peaceful centering and outward for heightened awareness and deeper connections to the surrounding people and environment. There are elements of ritual, drumming, chanting, meditation, movement and sound exploration. No prior experience is necessary.
