After we cast a sacred circle, move, meditate and let go, Charlie Adinolfi will bless us with a beautiful sound bath to help make space for new moon wonders.

Join Inner Bliss Yoga for an exciting and unique yoga experience at Wolf Hollow Brewing! Our Down Dog, Drinks & Dharma event is perfect for yogis of all levels who want to stretch, sip, and learn.

The event begins with a one-hour Vinyasa yoga class led by our experienced instructor Mandee Guzzo. You'll flow through a series of poses designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and calm your mind. After class, you'll receive a drink token to redeem for a delicious Wolf Hollow Brew of your choice.

As you enjoy your drink, we'll gather for a 30-minute Dharma talk led by Mary Clare O'Connor & Jordan White. This is an opportunity to dive deeper into the philosophy and teachings of yoga and spirituality, and explore how they can apply to your life off the mat.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Down Dog, Drinks & Dharma is a great way to connect with like-minded individuals, enjoy a fun and active afternoon, and unwind in a beautiful setting. The event lasts two hours in total, so come prepared to move, learn, and have a great time.

Yoga For Strong Bones

This 4 week series is for anyone looking to maintain or improve their bone health. Classes will focus on increasing strength, improving posture and developing better balance, aiding in the prevention of falls and fractures.
 
We will practice the 12 primary poses identified by Dr Loren Fishman to raise bone mineral density, helping to prevent or reverse osteopenia and osteoporosis. Time will be taken to ensure proper alignment and to reach peak engagement as poses are held for up to a minute. Modifications will be offered through the use of blocks, straps and chairs. Each class will start with a brief meditation and breath work and end with a restorative savasana.
 
Karen is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher specializing in restorative yoga. She recently had the opportunity to study with Dr Fishman in person and completed his Yoga vs Osteoporosis 20 hour course.

Yoga for Emotional Wellness Workshop

This workshop focuses on utilizing the practices of yoga, asana, pranayama to enhance your emotional wellbeing. The class is a blend of rhythmic movement, gentle flows, yin poses, restorative postures & mindful breathing exercises to improve mind-body connection and feelings of safety in the body. Alongside the physical practice, Alexa will offer education and resources related to how yoga can benefit our physical and mental wellbeing. Alexa will provide deeper insight into the workings of the central nervous system, and how yoga postures, breathwork, and movement can positively impact individuals’ nervous system. It has been shown that rhythmic movement helps the body to feel safe by lowering fight and flight/sympathetic nervous system activation and turning on our rest and digest/ parasympathetic nervous system. Alexa hopes to guide you to feeling safe, connected and rested in your body!
