From here, Annica will introduce Gua Sha (Gua sha is an East Asian healing technique using a small, smooth-edged tool to firmly stroke your skin in one direction. “Stillness lives within you, beneath the noise and beneath the rushing.
Still Waters is an invitation to
return to that quiet place inside.
Through guided breathwork, a deeply
restful Yoga Nidra journey, and the soft
embrace of live sound including
crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, rainstick, and
other instruments, we will gently
settle the nervous system and allow the body
and mind to fully let
go.
This practice is here to hold you and
remind you that rest is not something you
have to earn. It is something you are
made for.
Come as you are. Leave feeling
lighter, softer, and more connected to yourself.
No previous yoga or meditation
experience is needed. This event is perfect for
anyone seeking deep rest, emotional
reset, or a sacred pause.”
