In this workshop we will go over the top 10 common crystals and what they are used for. Crystals are an excellent tool to advance your spiritual practice. Don’t know where to start? Start here! Have random crystals in your possession that you have no idea what they do or maybe what they even are? Bring them to a workshop at Be Love with Ana Moon of Divine Readings by Ana.
This event will include a lecture with power-point, workshop, and meditation. Crystal table set up with pieces available for purchase.

What to expect:
Authentic connection, love, ritual, journaling, dancing, and fun!
Bring a journal and pen, and dress comfortably.
Yoga mats, blankets, and cushions to sit on will be provided. Please bring anything else you need to make yourself comfortable.
You are also welcome to bring something to place on the altar during our time together.

As yoga students, we recognize the benefits of the yoga practice as adults, what if we can change the world by introducing the practice to our future generation. Our goal is to spread this knowledge, useful tools and lifelong lessons at a young age. This is a great opportunity to introduce yoga into your child’s world. We will discuss yoga basics, read books, play with movement, yoga games, breath and chanting.
