6 Week Inversions Course
Saturday mornings 9am – 10am on the following dates:
20 April, 27 April, 4 May, 11 May, 18 May and 25 May
Inversions on the reformer add a fun and challenging dynamic to your Pilates repertoire.
These movements link beginner Pilates movements to assist advancement of your practice.
This six week workshop will assist your progression in a fun and supportive environment and will cover:
- Principles of pilates
- Basic movements that support inversions
- Progress your Short Spine
- Build your confidence in the Tree series of exercises
- Provide a short daily movement practice to assist your strength and mobility that you can do at home
- Increase your connections with the Inna Essence community
Immerse yourself in 90 minutes of soothing, sound bath bliss. Rest in a tranquil space as you are bathed in the sound and vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls.
Feel at ease as you drift into a place of deep relaxation, soothing the nervous system and calming the mind.
