CANCELLATION POLICY:
For cancellations more than 6 weeks prior course commencement,
all fees will be refunded less the $100 non-refundable
deposit.
For cancellations within 4 weeks of commencement date, a 50%
cancellation fee applies.
For cancellations within 2 weeks of commencement date, no refund
will be given.
In case of a Pandemic or a positive PCR/RAT COVID test no refund will be given but course is transferable to another person or course date.

One Family Yoga, Pilates & Fitness is all about is empowering our students to become great practitioners and Pilates Professionals. As a student at OFYPF, you learn a range of practical skills that will give skills to teach effectively, safety to the individual within a supportive community.
Pre-requiisites
Many of our graduates have chosen to become a Pilates Professional to enhance their Group fitness career, to embark on a new career or supplement their current income. To ensure all Matwork / Reformer Pilates Course students have the same level of knowledge, you must have completed one of the following qualifications before the course start date; OFYF Online Foundational Anatomy Course, Cert III or IV in fitness and or a Certificate, Yoga Ceritification, Diploma or Degree that covers Anatomy, specifically covering the topics of Bones, joints and muscles.
Embodying Pilates is also a benefit and will not only give you an appreciation of the methods but will also help you teach it to your clients from a place of knowing but not a requirement.

Learn to teach pregnant women yoga! Many women discover yoga whilst they are pregnant as it is widely promoted by Dr's and Midwives as an exercise to do during pregnancy and for the benefits of preparing for birth and bonding with their babies.
This course is designed to teach you the needs and wants of pregnant women through to their post natal period. You will learn how to create safe classes which cater for a variety of needs and deliver a balanced and enjoyable practice for women in this stage of life.
Led by mother of 3 and course creator, Lainie Jenkins who says "Yoga brought me a feeling of lightness to my body by strengthening my spine and limbs. It created a feeling of ‘extra space’ within. During times of emotional stress it brought me back to my calm centre. This course is designed to enable Yoga Teachers to become competent in teaching the principles of Yoga (including asana, pranayama and meditation) during pregnancy, for preparation of labour, birth and post-natal recovery.
