All potty-trained children, ages 3-13, are welcome to join us for an instructor-led yoga class in our studio designed for children. Each class will introduce your child to basic yoga principles (gentle breathwork, movement, and postures) through fun and interactive activities.

This event is free for Monthly Unlimited and Annual Passholders.
This event will provide alignment coaching for your favorite (or least favorite) postures in the first breathing exercise and 13 postures of the 26/2 series.
Ronda will keep it organic with Q&A and demonstrations during this 90-minute workshop. She'll go over alignment and fundamentals to help you strengthen your 26/2 yoga practice.
Part II, covering the seated series, will be scheduled for later in the fall.
