Women's Wellness Workshop

Join Roxy for an afternoon of yoga and meditation that aims to balance and regulate hormones and help you ride out the ups and downs they bring our way (monthly and menopausal).
 
This workshop will provide you with tools to improve your mindset and better cope with the bodily cycles and changes we experience as a woman.
 
The afternoon will include a beautiful balance of yoga to help boost vitality and guided meditation to encourage deep relaxation and promote acceptance.
 
It aims to balance the mood by stimulating the adrenal and pineal glands and activating the lymphatic and glandular systems.

Part 1: Goddess flow: call upon the divine feminine energy within you by embodying a carefully crafted sequence of yoga poses, set your intentions and enjoy time for yourself to simply BE

Part 2: A restorative, nurturing series of postures incorporating breathing techniques to help to calm the nervous system and balance your adrenal glands / kidneys during days just prior to and during your cycle moods.

Part 3: Ease into Meditation focused on relaxation with use of essential oils for complete indulgence in 'me time'.

Immerse yourself in a 90 minute Bump Workshop for mums-to-be. Led by two experienced teachers in their fields, Ashley and May, this fantastic duo have come together to provide you with the knowledge, tools and techniques to empower you on your pre-natal journey.
 
Co-owner of Kalimukti, Yoga and Pilates teacher Ashley will being the workshop witha 45 minute Pilates practice. She will guide you through a series of movements designed to strengthen and stabilise your body throughout your pregnancy and aid with labour and birthing.
 
Midwife, Hypnobirthing teacher and founder of Positive Birth Jersey, May Bourne will lead a guided relaxation, along with some simple breath work, and focus on the importance of releasing tension during pregnancy and birth.
 
This combo is sure to fill you with a sense of strength and confidence for the mind and body.

Join Tasha for 'Ground to Grow', a nourishing Sunday afternoon to partake in a Yoga Workshop designed to ground you during the festive season.
 
Grounding helps us to settle the nervous system, restore balance, reduce inflammation and promote relaxation to aid sleep.
 
 
Part One: Enjoy being guided through a fluid Vinyasa Flow practice, utilising movement to breath. With focus and attention on grounding, this enables us to feel rooted and supported to be our most authentic self and allows us to rise.
 
 
Part Two: After a break, move through a Slow Flow Vinyasa sequence to completely chill out and relax before closing with meditation and final relaxation.
