This is a three part workshop, but
each section can be easily taken independently. The workshops will
be 3 hours in duration. The time will be divded into two movement
sections and two art experience sections. The movement will consist
of mild heat building with a primary focus on mindfulness of the
subtle body. The art expereiences will directly relate to the ideas
and themes around each chakra, allowing students to no only explore
them physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
The three part series will start with muladhara and swadisthana,
move to manipura and anahata, finally culminating with vishuddha
and ajna chakras. Each set of chakras will have differing movement
and art experientials.
The goals is to have the workshops coincide and relate very well to
the ideas presented in Cambio's 200 hour teacher training. This way
there is even more accessibility for those who wish to explore the
chakras with creative expression.

breathwork and a guided meditation. As your nervous system begins
to settle, the resonant frequencies of sound will wash over you,
supporting emotional release, energetic alignment, deep inner calm,
and connection to your true nature, the divine within.
No movement or yoga experience is required. Simply lie back, get
comfortable, and allow yourself to be held by sound and
stillness.

practice will be one hour, with light movements and nest building,
intention setting, followed by a guided meditation that connects us
to our inner light.
