Align yourself with the divine qualities of the universe through chanting sanskrit mantras.
In a judgement-free space, we’ll begin with gentle movement to find
comfort in the body, a short story time, and mantra followed by
silent meditation and deep relaxation.
Each month, we will focus a different mantra to chant together as a
group. This can be done anywhere in the spectrum of silently to out
loud. Though we’ll work through the pronunciation together,
mumbling is encouraged! This is open to all bodies, voices, belief
systems and experience levels.
