Any gymnast who competed in Fun Meets or Competitive Meets for the 2023-24 season is invited and encouraged to attend along with her parents and siblings. If you haven't been to our end of the year awards banquet here is what you can expect...gymnasts will be recognized and awarded by their coaches, there will be a DJ and dancing, free photo booth, dinner, dessert and a cash bar.

Dinner will be served at promptly 6:30pm.

Cost for Gymnasts: FREE
Cost for Parents/Siblings: $50 ea.

Attire: Dressy/Casual

Each gymnast must have at least 1 parent/guardian attend (except for gymnasts 16 yrs & older). Do NOT include gymnast in your RSVP total.

Tickets are non-refundable after April 15, 2024.

Daily schedule is below. There are gaps for lunch and it will be determined daily if D coaches need to attend X sessions and vise versa so plan on being available the entire time.

 

Day 1 Tuesday April 30

 

Arrive Detroit 3:00pm

Coaches' Meeting Upon arrival at the gym

4:30-6:30 PreTeam Practice (Nicole Leads) with 1's & 2's (check to make sure theyre all coming and add a few to make group of 10)

6:30-7:45 PreTeam Coaches' Clinics

 

Day 2 Wednesday May 1

 

9-10am -Choreographed Warm Ups presentation and guidance on development

10:15-12:00-- PreTeam Coaches' Clinics

1:30-3:30 Level 6 FX Choreo -April

4:15-6:15 XCel PreTeam Practice (Nicole Leads) with Rising Stars (check attendance and add to make 10)

6:15-7:30 XCEL Choreo: Routine Construction Overview w/Coaches & 1-2 athletes -Silver? Invite athlete to attend

 

 

Day 3 Thursday May 2

 

9:30-10:45am -BB presentation (can do live demos if we can get a gymnast to come)

in-gym for q & a and set ups regarding BB presentation

11:00am-12:30pm -Intro to creating annual training plans & daily assignments

12:30-12:45pm -final q & a

Your Extreme Birthday Party includes up to 16 children, 1 hour of coach led gym time and 1 hour in our party room. We also provide and Extreme Gym t-shirt for each participant so no need to bring goodie bags! Each party will be hosted by 2 fun, friendly coaches. They will not only provide a fun filled gym experience your guests won't forget but they are also at your service in the party room to help serve, clean up, write a gift giver list and even help take your gifts out the car when the party is over!

Add an extra 1/2 hour for $50.
