We are excited to offer special Universal Yoga Masterclasses during our Teacher Training with Master Andrey Lappa. These classes are a unique opportunity to experience the wisdom, presence, and teaching style of a true yoga master.
Class Details:
• Dates: February 8-17 (see detailed schedule

• Time: Approximately 7:30–11:00 AM (11:30)
(finishing time may slightly vary).
• Capacity: Limited to 10 participants per
class.
Important Notes:
• These masterclasses are part of an intensive teacher training
program, designed primarily for teachers and advanced
practitioners. Participants should have a background in Universal
Yoga or Ashtanga Yoga.
• The focus of the training is on full-time student participants.
While this is a wonderful chance to learn from Master Andrey,
please understand that his primary attention will be directed
toward the enrolled teacher trainees.
• Come with an open mind, ready to immerse yourself in the
experience.
Also, if you plan to attend, it’s important to remain flexible, as start and end times may adjust to accommodate the training schedule. Classes may begin 30 minutes later than listed (e.g., starting at 7:30 am and ending around 11:00-11:30 am).
To maintain the integrity of the session, no one will be allowed to leave during Shavasana, as it is a vital and transformative part of the experience. If you must leave early, we strongly encourage you to exit before Shavasana begins; however, this means missing a critical component of the lecture. Full-Day Universal Yoga Training with Master Andrey Lappa
We are thrilled to offer an immersive full-day Universal Yoga experience as part of our Teacher Training with Master Andrey Lappa. This rare opportunity allows participants to deeply engage with the teachings of a true yoga master through a dynamic combination of asana practice and lecture.
Training Overview:
• Dates: February 8-17 (see detailed schedule
below).
• Time: Full day from approximately 7:00 AM to
7:00 PM, with a 90-minute break for lunch. Be prepared for slight
adjustments, as classes may begin up to 30 minutes earlier or
later.
• Structure:
• Morning Asana Practice (7:30–11:00 AM): Engage in advanced
sequences led by Master Andrey, focusing on Universal Yoga’s unique
and holistic approach.
• Afternoon Lecture (approximate time 1:00-7:00 pm ): Explore
in-depth topics tailored to the flow and needs of the training
participants.
Important Notes:
1. Full Participation: This intensive training is designed for
teachers and advanced practitioners. If you plan to participate,
please commit to being fully present throughout the day. Each part
of the training is interconnected, and missing any component may
affect your overall experience.
2. Capacity: Limited to 10 additional participants.
3. Background: Participants should have prior experience in
Universal Yoga or Ashtanga Yoga.
Additional Considerations:
• Flexibility with Timing: Please plan for slight variations in
start and end times. For example, morning sessions may begin at
7:30 AM, and lunch break can be 11:30 or 12)
• Shavasana Etiquette: Shavasana is a vital part
of the practice. Leaving during this time disrupts the experience
for yourself and others. If you must leave early, please plan to
exit before Shavasana begins.
• Lunch Break: A 90-minute break will be provided midday.
