As part of our After Dark Series, how low can you go? This series
will focus on flowy tricks and choreography at the base of the
pole. You'll learn how to move, slide, and slink through
transitions. Who says you need to go aerial to have fun?

Part of our After Dark series, this all-levels 4-week series is a mix of exotic, chair and floor choreography designed to inspire you to feel empowered and confident. Your coach will guide you through a routine that allows you to get in touch with your sensuality and become more in tune with your body.

Now, you've built your strength and learned some basic spins and transitions. It's time for the fun part! In this series, you will learn how to climb and sit on the pole along with some more advanced spins and transitions.

Find your flow! In this guided freestyle, explore your movement and learn how to transition flawlessly into moves on and off the pole. Create new sequences and seamlessly link them together by flowing through each movement.
