Join us for this two-hour blissful experience, co-led by Shelly Werts and Robin Dibble. Shelly will guide you in a gentle yin restoration yoga sequence connecting you deeply to your body and breathe, and then guide you with Sound Bowl Healing frequency, while each student will receive reiki from Robin.

This is a monthly women’s circle. Each month we explore a theme to study, discuss, and integrate into our lives. This sacred space can be used as a safe place to explore the theme of the month together, so we can collectively learn and evolve together. Transforming ourselves we transform the world.

Sore hips and lower back? Do the tops of your shoulders ache after a long day?
Chances are, there is energy that isn’t balanced or healthy for you getting through ethereal cracks. It is impossible to keep people’s “bad energy,” away from you. A balanced energetic system is capable of filtering energies that aren’t good for you, keeping you refreshed.
The aura is a powerful energetic system that acts like a membrane helping you negotiate the world around you. As well as helping bring change we feel in our internal world as well.
Pain is an indication that something is not right with the body either in wow you move, energies filter. It could be a shadow of something that happened a very long time ago that is still affecting you today because there is an energetic imprint within your field as well as your body.
The first part of the out body formed in utero has the same function as the aura, which is your first line of energetic engagement with the world, your defense as well as your introduction.
In this class we’ll be concentrating on the aura itself as it relates to the body meeting gravity and sinking into deep relaxation, finding and patching up holes and reconnecting it to the body. Through simple somatic movement and energetic awareness, you will come into your body in a whole new way to feel refreshed and zip the pain away.
Cost is $60
Come join the fun! Participants will create this cute painting. Hang out with friends or make new ones! We will create together, snack and chat. You will be instructed to paint your own masterpiece in a super fun and non-judgmental environment! Your teacher is The Artistic Witch herself, Shelly Werts. All supplies are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting messy.
