MINI RETREAT: HIKE & YOGA

Ready for a social R&R? Join us for our experiential mini retreat at Queeny Park. We will be limiting attendance to 10 participants to maintain safe social distance and an intimate environment.
Tori will be leading the opening meditation to the intention of our retreat. We'll be doing a silent 20 minute walking meditation followed by plenty of time to talk and connect along the hike.
We will be doing a moderate 4 mile hike around the park followed by a 60 minute chill yoga class to cool down. Afterwards, Wellbeing Brewing will be serving unique refreshments like non-alcholic beers and CBD seltzers. We'll also have some light snacks.
COVID precautions: Vaccinated people may be allowed to come without a mask. Please maintain 6 ft of social distance. We are limiting attendance to 10.

Start off your Sunday with an easy-going stretch led by Kelley, then we'll head over to Vito's next door for BRUNCH.
You'll be able to choose from a variety of different brunch options (included in your ticket price) like Mixed Berry Pancakes, Omelettes, Sandwiches, & our personal fav-- Bananas Foster French Toast

Release yourself from the toxic over-stimulation of life with an evening meditation practice listening to Tibetan Singing Bowls. You will be guided through this tranquil experience by Dhyana Staicu.
Tibetan singing bowls will be played to create an atmosphere for deep meditation. The sounds produced by singing bowls do not only help you to meditate, they also create deep relaxation of the body that helps to reduce stress and stimulate healing.
Some people find that the harmonic overtones produced from the singing bowls also balance the energy centers of the subtle body.
Please bring blankets, pillows, or anything else you need that will you allow to relax and bask in the meditative sound.
