Reset and replenish your entire system with positive
vibes, joy, and optimism during this guided gong meditation led by
Marian of Higher Frequency Living. Amplified by the rich sounds of
large gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other sound tools, this
very special healing event will focus on discovering and unearthing
the tremendous potential within us. All you do is lie down, get
comfy, and let the sounds wash over you. You’ll float out of the
studio feeling light, liberated, fresh… an effortless experience
with profound benefits.

A special two-parter! First, Kiley will lead a 60-minute 26+TUNES original hot yoga class to rhythms played live by John on the congas. Second, after the final beat drops, you'll drop into a 20-minute savasana as John guides you through an emancipation meditation. Float freely into a fresh new year! Savor light refreshments and snacks in the lobby afterwards.

from 2:30pm-4:30pm at our South Loop studio for a very special
Valentine’s Day Yin, Yoga Nidra & Hands-On healing experience
designed to deeply relax, rejuvenate, and nourish the body and
mind.
Whether you’re treating yourself to some much-deserved self-love or
bringing someone special to share the experience, this workshop
offers the perfect way to spend Valentine’s Day -- slowing down,
reconnecting, and feeling good.
You'll begin with some gentle movement to warm the body and build a
bit of heat -- preparing the muscles, fascia, and nervous system
for deeper release. Next you'll ease into a series of yin postures,
holding each pose for an extended period to melt tension in the
fascia and improve overall flexibility.
Throughout the practice, enjoy soothing guided acupressure
adjustments to activate the body’s energy meridians and enhance the
benefits of each posture. Optional add-on treatments include nasya
oil to open the breath and cupping to ease and release stubborn
areas of tightness.
You’ll close with a tranquil Yoga Nidra Meditation practice --
yogic sleep -- inviting you into a state of deep conscious
relaxation, allowing you to settle into a place of complete
stillness, spaciousness, and healing.
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to slow down, restore
balance, reconnect with themselves (or a loved one!), and
experience a little Valentine’s Day magic on the mat.
