About Your Teacher

Brooke is an ERYT 500 + YACEP, Sound Healer, and Reiki Master with 13 years of teaching experience, 26 years of meditation experience, and 30 years of esoteric study. Her practice began with meditation and energy and these are still the cornerstone of her work today. She's passionate about sharing practical tools that greatly enhance wellbeing, and helping others on their journey to wholeness.
