3Sixty’s Teen Program is intended for ages 12 through 17.
Mixed Aerials 1
This beginner-friendly class is designed to provide your teen the foundations of a variety of aerial arts! We will learn the foundations of aerial silks, hoop, hammock and trapeze apparatuses, as well as floor acrobatics.
Classes will provide each student the progressions and motivation to develop at their individual skill level. Students should generally expect to remain in Level 1 for 1-2 years before graduating to Level 2.
