Do you ever feel slightly off, but can’t quite pinpoint why? Many of us have come to accept feeling lousy, dealing with headaches, bloating, and constipation as the norm. Feeling crummy can actually be a blessing when you know how to read the signals your body is sending you.
Ayurvedic cleansing can be a transformational force, teaching us to tune in and feel better. As the seasons change and autumn arrives, our bodies naturally shift. Fall is an ideal time to gently release summer heat, clear toxins, and strengthen immunity in preparation for winter.
“I jump started better eating habits, lost 7lbs and got my long standing pre-diabetic blood sugars below 100mg/dl, all while eating nutritious, homemade, filling meals. I will continue to use the Ayurvedic practices taught by this excellent presenter.” Linda M. -Retired nurse BSN
