Meet your guide: Tamara Louisa is a passionate Ayurvedic practitioner devoted to helping women reconnect with the natural rhythms of their bodies and the world around them. With a grounded yet joyful presence, she guides her clients to live in harmony with the seasons of life—honoring every phase from maiden to mother to wise woman. Through gentle guidance, intuitive listening, and ritual-based living, she empowers women to rediscover their center, cultivate vibrant health, and embody the joy and passion that already lives within them. Tamara works with women 1:1, hosts Ayurvedic ritual gatherings, seasonal cleanses, and health and wellness workshops. Tamara is an Ayurvedic Practitioner with a masters in Ayurveda, Certified 200hr Yoga teacher through the Sivananda Lineage, and has studied extensively in India.
Somatic Cacao Circle Description Through the heart-opening medicine of cacao, guided meditation, sound healing, movement, and community, these somatic circles offer a rare opportunity to reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the wisdom of your body.
