This Workshop was designed by a pelvic floor physical therapist specializing in pregnancy and postpartum care. This course focuses on learning how to safely return to activity by improving mobility lost during pregnancy and strengthening muscles often weakened in pregnancy and early postpartum. This class will include education, intentional movements and helpful tools to build upon as you progress through your postpartum journey. This class is designed for women at least 6-8 weeks postpartum and who have been cleared by their provider to return to activity.
THIS WORKSHOP IS BABY FREINDLY :)
This fun and empowering workshop helps kids build strength, balance, and confidence through playful yoga-based movement. Designed especially for 3rd–5th graders, we’ll break down exciting yoga poses step by step, focusing on safe alignment, coordination, and body awareness.
Through games, challenges, and creative transitions, kids will learn how to move with control, stability, and focus—while still having plenty of fun. The class encourages listening to your body, trying new things, and celebrating progress, all in a supportive and positive environment.
Perfect for kids who love to move, want to improve balance and coordination, or are curious about yoga in a way that feels active and engaging.
