Kids Strength & Balance is a fun, supportive class designed for 3rd–5th graders to build strength, balance, coordination, and confidence. Through age-appropriate exercises and engaging activities, kids will develop body awareness, resilience, and healthy movement habits in a positive, encouraging environment.
Community Acupuncture offers high-quality, affordable treatments in a group setting. Sessions will take place in one of Aditi’s spacious and peaceful yoga room, where patients will be individually treated in supportive and restorative Yoga postures, on a mat, on the floor for about one hour. There are many props and blankets to ensure comfort, and ambient relaxing music will be played. This therapeutic setting offers individuals an opportunity to relax, renew and receive the proven method of Chinese Medicine’s Balance Method.
Andy Hall, L.Ac., LMT, is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist and he loves his work. Through curated Acupuncture sessions, he offers this comprehensive and ancient medicine to his patients, meeting the dynamic needs of each individual. He’s an intuitive and attentive practitioner, who’s passionate about offering affordable acupuncture to his community at Aditi.

Parents Night Out at Aditi - Parents - ease into the weekend by taking some time for yourself or to connect with other adults and loved ones. Children ages 4-12 are welcome to enjoy yoga, creative movement, crafts, and games. Drop off is around 5:30PM with last pickup at 8:30.
Please note that children must be potty trained to participate. Please bring a water bottle for your child.
Pre-registration required: $30 for the first child; additional children are $10 each.

Workshop Description:
Cost: $200 per couple
In this hands-on workshop partners will practice honing their skill of touch through a series of touch-based exercises and massage instruction. Designed to help couples give each other better massages at-home and feel safe to express their touch needs and boundaries freely, this 2-hour workshop is relaxed, intimate and informative. Participants will learn to identify common tension points and some professional massage techniques to help your partner’s body respond positively to your touch. Please dress comfortably to allow for movement. Participants will remain clothed during the entire workshop but wearing garments like tank tops, t-shirts and sports bras can provide more access to the areas we will be massaging during class.
Learning Objectives:
Cultivate “Listening Hands”
Understand common and important contradictions when massaging another person.
Be able to perform a simple massage routine on the hands, back, shoulders and neck
Understand how and when to apply pressure and flow, and adjust pace to achieve positive massage outcomes.
Learn ways to express one’s likes and dislikes giving and receiving touch.
