Join us for a FREE Community Sound and Energy Healing Circle for
Veterans on Monday, Memorial Day 5/25! This event is open for
anyone who has served in the military looking for a safe,
supportive and communal space to help manage daily stress, anxiety,
PTSD and depression.
We will begin with a Healing Circle offering a confidential and
non-judgmental space in sharing experiences, trauma, and challenges
in life, and we will practice Energy Healing as a connected group.
The second half of the event will be enjoying the magic of Maggie’s
Sound Healing, inviting you back home to your heart with self-love,
self-compassion and self-acceptance.
Sound Healing is a highly effective therapeutic approach in
managing PTSD, chronic pain, emotional suffering, and traumatic
memories. The harmonious sound frequencies act as a calming therapy
to the nervous system, leading our body to a deep restorative state
and our mind in alpha/theta brainwaves state. Social interactions
and building positive bonds will trigger the release of oxytocin
“The Love Hormone” and boosts serotonin level which helps with
maintaining emotional stability.
Community Acupuncture offers high-quality, affordable treatments in a group setting. Sessions will take place in one of Aditi’s spacious and peaceful yoga room, where patients will be individually treated in supportive and restorative Yoga postures, on a mat, on the floor for about one hour. There are many props and blankets to ensure comfort, and ambient relaxing music will be played. This therapeutic setting offers individuals an opportunity to relax, renew and receive the proven method of Chinese Medicine’s Balance Method.
Andy Hall, L.Ac., LMT, is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist and he loves his work. Through curated Acupuncture sessions, he offers this comprehensive and ancient medicine to his patients, meeting the dynamic needs of each individual. He’s an intuitive and attentive practitioner, who’s passionate about offering affordable acupuncture to his community at Aditi.
