108 Sun Salutations is a moving meditation rooted in the traditional practice of Surya Namaskar. We'll flow through 108 rounds with mindful pacing, breath awareness, and options to modify or rest as needed. Expect a supportive, community-driven atmosphere where the repetition becomes both a physical challenge and a deeply grounding, transformative experience. Pranayama is the formal practice of controlling the breath, which is the source of our prana, or life-force energy. Far beyond simple deep breathing, Pranayama uses specific techniques—like those taught in our series, such as Nadi Shodhana and Bhastrika—to intentionally regulate the flow, duration, and rhythm of the breath.
Outcome: Experience a deeper connection to your breath, less brain fog, and better focus. Cultivate mental clarity and profound inner calm.
