This 4 week class series is offered for pregnant people looking to take care of their changing bodies and deepen mind-body connection in preparation for birth. Expect key adapted yoga poses to strengthen and support the pregnant body, plus address common aches and pains. A calming class that will foster a tie between parent and growing baby.
