Beginner Series Jan - Feb

Start here if you've never done yoga before, or restarting yoga after a long break. No experience necessary. You'll learn the fundamentals of yoga in an engaging way, get personalized attention from our instructors and end the series with a strong, clear foundation about yoga.
 
Class is gentle to moderately paced. We've helped 1000s of people in the past decade begin their yoga journey successfully. Don't hesitate. All our classes are welcoming, fun and engaging.
 
No prior experience necessary. Suitable for pregnancy.
 
What to bring or know...
  • Bring a non-skid yoga mat. Avoid these type of mats.
  • Wear something that allows you to stretch and move freely
  • Avoid eating a heavy meal right before class
  • Class is bare feet
  • Arrive 5 or 10 minutes before each class to settle in
  • Yoga props will be provided in studio

ABC's of Ayurveda Workshop (Part 2)

Spring in Ayurveda is a time of renewal but also heaviness, sluggish digestion, congestion, and low motivation. In this Part 2 workshop, we build on the foundations of awareness and balance to gently awaken the body, rebalance digestion, and support natural cleansing. You’ll learn how to transition out of winter habits, lighten routines, and align with spring’s rising energy using food, movement, and daily rituals that feel realistic and sustainable.

Saturday March 7th | 1-3pm

This workshop is part 2 of a 2 part session series. We reccomend attedning both parts for a well rounded experience and to develop strong foundations, however Part 1 and Part 2 can be attended indvidually as a stand alone workshop.
