- Bring a non-skid yoga mat. Avoid these type of mats.
- Wear something that allows you to stretch and move freely
- Avoid eating a heavy meal right before class
- Class is bare feet
- Arrive 5 or 10 minutes before each class to settle in
- Yoga props will be provided in studio

Restorative yoga is the perfect 90 minute class to reboot and rejuvenate from inside out. This class focuses on resting in different postures and relaxing the nervous system. Helps lower cortisol and turn on our rest and digest state. A calming practice to bring balance to your busy life.
This session is IN-PERSON only and will not be offered virtually.
This 6 week class series is offered for pregnant people looking to take care of their changing bodies and deepen mind-body connection in preparation for birth. Expect key adapted yoga poses to strengthen and support the pregnant body, plus address common aches and pains. A calming class that will foster a tie between parent and growing baby.

Step into the world of Ayurveda through three simple yet powerful pillars: Awareness, Balance, and Conscious Living. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to observe your body with awareness, understand the principles of balance using Ayurvedic gunas (qualities), and apply easy rituals to create a more grounded and nourishing lifestyle.
Saturday January 31st | 1-3pm
This workshop is part 1 of a 2 part session series. We reccomend attedning both parts for a well rounded experience and to develop strong foundations, however Part 1 and Part 2 can be attended indvidually as a stand alone workshop. You can learn about Part 2 here. Each workshop is $60 and booked seperately.
