This 6 week prenatal yoga series is a nurturing space for those who are pregnant to care for their changing bodies and deepen their mind–body connection as they prepare for birth. Each class offers thoughtfully adapted yoga poses designed to build strength, provide support, and ease common aches and discomforts of pregnancy. With a calm and grounding pace, this practice invites relaxation, confidence, and a meaningful connection between parent and growing baby.
