This workshop will focus on finding our inner coreline that runs through the body to create integrity and functional alignment for the shoudlers and hips. You will learn techniques for helping your shoulders and hips recover from injury, find more range of motion and offer much needed release from holding patterns.
You will walk away with new insight on how to care for these two ball and socket joints so you can continue to care for your own body or offer these techniques to your students for yoga teachers.
This workshop will bring in some teachings from Linda Lack's Thinking Body-- Feeling Mind. A contemporay movement and healing technique. This technique uses kinesiology, yoga, dance and meditation to help people deal with stress, dis-ease, and physical/emotional and spiritual development.
This workshop is open to all levels of yoga students and yoga teachers.
