This workshop builds on the knowledge gained in the weekend workshop, ‘Principles of Ayurveda’.

In this practical applications online course, we will delve more deeply into the theory of the seven tissues, prakrti/vikrti, the seven stages of disease and the subdoshas. We will examine further elements of the attributes and food therapy and Ayuryoga for yoga therapy. Students will apply the Ayurvedic principles to themselves and practice clients and learn how to incorporate Ayurveda into their yoga therapy practice. Tuition cost $350
