Ayurveda is a 5000-year old lineage of holistic medicine that comes from India. It applies to practically any style of cooking, culture or circumstance. Ayurveda says, “When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use, when diet is correct, medicine is of no need.”
This holistic way of cooking introduces you the fascinating world of healing spices and herbs.
In this workshop you will:
• Learn Ayurvedic principles
• Learn about your Doshas
• Savour the six tastes
• Explore healing cooking secrets
• Have an interactive culinary experience

You shall learn how to cook 2 Vegetarian recipes and get to eat them all and alongside some extra Ayurvedic tips for winter
What to bring: Lots of enthusiasm and a good appetite!

You do not need any prior knowledge about Ayurveda to participate in this workshop. Lets make it a fun, delicious

Sarada Pranav Jagannath is a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner, Counselling Psychologist and a Yoga Teacher. She has been greatly fortunate to have been introduced to Ayurveda at an young age by her grand father, an Ayurvedic doctor.

Bringing her intrinsic knowledge passed on to her from her ancestors and her passion for Ayurveda and food led her to offer many cooking workshops in New York state, India and Canada in the past 8 years.
