Many people are familiar with the sacroiliac joint because of aching low backs. The SI joint is the foundation of the pelvis and the low back. Although there is only meant to be a little movement in this joint, some people experience joint stress that leads to chronic pain. In this workshop, you will learn how to rehabilitate your SI joint.
Importantly, you will learn:
1. How to build supporting muscle groups,
2. How yoga can help and hinder your SI joint,
3. SOS rehab techniques for when your pain is at a crisis
level.
