Yoga For Moms (and non-binary parents) - IN PERSON

Time to catch your breath. Join Danielle for this
six-week series dedicated to finding community, flow, joy and
release while navigating life as a parent. This series is open to
folks at any stage of the motherhood journey — including those who
are prenatal, postpartum, fostering, grandparenting or in other
landmarks of parenthood. Whether you’re new to mothering or have
been doing this for decades, take 90 minutes just for you on Sunday
evenings to refill your cup. Participants play with active and
restful yoga shapes, writing reflection activities and creative
opportunities to reconnect to yourself and find a space of
belonging in each other.
