Floor to Flight: 4-Week Intro to
Aerial Yoga
Start grounded, end flying—slowly and confidently.
From mat to hammock, at your pace.
Curious about the yoga swing, but not quite ready to flip upside down? This 4-week series is designed just for you. Whether you love floor mat yoga or you're completely new to aerial, this gentle progression will help you build trust, strength, and confidence—without rushing into inversions.
Each week, we’ll gradually bridge the gap between mat-based movement and aerial yoga:

Week 1: All floor mat stretches—no hammock, no inversions, just a strong foundation.

Week 2: Introduce the swing gently. We’ll revisit the same stretches using the hammock for support. Still no inversions!

Week 3: Build comfort and confidence in the air with light, supported movement. Optional intro to partial inversions.

Week 4: You're ready! We’ll guide you through not one, but two beginner-friendly inversions with full support.
This is a slow and steady journey from grounded to airborne. By the end, you’ll feel empowered, aligned, and ready to fly—on your terms.
In this 5 week series, we will introduce you to the silks circus aparatus! Learn the basics with us and strenghten our bodies and brains! ! We'll go over fundamentals, wrist and foot locks, how to climb and get into beautiful beginner poses and sequneces. A 5 week course is designed for students to uniformly advance together. If any poses don't agree with your body, no sweat! Everything is adaptable :)

Pre-requisites for level 2: can complete a foot lock of any kind, can climb, can invert from the floor

apparatus that lets you spin, roll, balance, and laugh your way
through gravity-defying tricks inside a giant wheel. This workshop
is beginner-friendly and focused on play, exploration, and learning
the basics in a safe, supportive environment.
Expect to challenge your coordination, giggle a lot, and maybe even
discover your new favorite circus skill!
This equipment requires you to be above 5'3" tall.
