In this workshop, students will learn 30+ heel clack variations using:

We’ll break down timing, angles, weight placement, and musicality so your clacks hit every time—whether you want them sharp and sassy or slow and seductive.

Join Elixir and Lyrabae for a beginner-friendly Aerial Hoop / Lyra Doubles workshop open to those with little to no lyra experience. Come with a partner or register solo and be paired.
You’ll learn simple, accessible doubles shapes and transitions taught at standing height between 3 and 5 feet, focusing on trust, timing, and safe shared movement. The workshop concludes with a short routine to put your new skills together.
Attire Requirements:
• Arms and legs must be covered for protection.
• Heels are not permitted.
• Socks and leg warmers are welcome.
Perfect for anyone new to lyra and excited to explore doubles work in a supportive space.
Join Elixir and Lyrabae for an advanced Aerial / Hoop Lyra Doubles workshop ideal for Level 2 and above. Participants must have prior lyra experience and feel confident with mounts, transitions, and moving fluidly on the hoop.
You’ll work up to 13 feet off the ground while exploring dynamic doubles skills, partner timing, and seamless transitions. Top-of-the-hoop work will be included.
Please wear clothing that covers your arms and legs
for protection.
