A fast-paced 10-week course for experienced beginners who have taken Iyengar Ignite! Must be proficient at Shoulderstand and ready to learn Headstand or alternatives. Challenge yourself to become proficient in standing, seated, twisting, and inverted asanas. Start learning arm balances and backward extensions.
