For those interested in creating a meditative experience, the practice of pranayama is essential. In the words of Prashant Iyengar, there is no meditation without pranayama.

Join us in this 45 minute class of supine and seated asanas with focus on breathing, breath observations, integration of body and breath sensations, and sound forms.

This practice is for those who have had a least one year of Iyengar Yoga experience in asana classes.

You will need a mat, bolster, blankets, blocks, and straps. Pranayama pillow may also be used. Zoom link will be sent to registrants (and not available on Wellness Living).
