Level I: Fundamentals of Thai Massage
This course establishes the foundation of a professional Thai Massage practice.
The concept of meridians, energy lines (Sen), Yin and Yang are all introduced. This course covers practical aspects such as stretches, acupressure points, proper use of body weight and techniques using thumbs, palms, elbows and feet. Additional emphasis is placed on deep-focused abdominal (Hara) Work
Upon completion students will be able to perform an effective 1 – 1⁄2 hour Thai massage.
